Trade can seek clarification on Central Excise, Customs and GST related issues pertaining to the information processed through ICES under the following 3 Categories:

1. Assessment Related Issues
2. Procedural Delays Related Issues
3. Systems Related issues

While sending mail to Chief Commissioner's Office, kindly see that your query contains the following details without fail:

1. Your PAN based Registration Number
2. Location Code, Range Name and Division Name
3. Details of the Bill (in ICES) and the details of the Return (in ACES)
4. The Category under which you seek the HELPLINE: (please mention ONE of the following: Assessment Related / Procedural Delay Related /System Related Issues in ACES and ICES )
5. Your Address, Contact Number and E-mail address
6. Nature of help required by you. Please explain in detail.
